Tiara is a multiple-award winning feature film
and musical theatre producer, actor, singer, stage performer,
dancer, sometimes new columnists, arts and cultural activist,
talent scout and star maker, blogger, restaurateur, music
bistro owner and a keen horse rider.
She is the Managing Director of Enfiniti Productions, Kit
Kat Klum Entertainment and D Casting. She produced "Puteri
Gunung Ledang" - Malaysia's first film ever to be considered
for an Academy Award in 2004 and to participate in the Venice
Film Festival. She bagged 3 Best Actress awards at the Malaysian
Film Festival (1995) for Ringgit Kassorga, Malaysian Oscar
2005 and Asia Pacific Film Festival 2005 and Malaysian Oscar
Award 2005 (Puteri Gunung Ledang) followed by 2 Best Producer
awards at the Asian Festival of First Films 2005 and Malaysian
Oscar Award 2005 (Puteri Gunung Ledang).
In 2006, she produced and acted in the stage musical version
of Puteri Gunung Ledang which won 8 major awards at the BOH
Cameronian Arts Awards. Recently, she produced P.Ramlee The
Musical, which won 6 major awards at the BOH Cameronian Arts
Awards 2008. |

An award-winning actor and theatre director, Zahim Albakri
is the artistic director/executive producer of Dramalab and
a founding member of Instant Café Theatre. He has appeared in
a number of acclaimed television, theatre and film productions.
Zahim received the Best Actor award at Anugerah Skrin 1999 for
his role in the TV drama Odissi and at the 2004 Boh Cameronian
Arts Awards he received the Best Solo Performance award for
his work in The Smell of Language. For theatre, he has directed
Tarap Man, P.Ramlee The Musical, Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical,
Gold Rain And Hailstones, Separation 40, The Storyteller, A
Flight Delayed and Spilt Gravy On Rice. He has received the
Best Director award at Boh Cameronian Arts Awards 2002 and 2005,
and in 2006 and 2007 with co-director Adlin Aman Ramlie for
Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical and P.Ramlee The Musical respectively.
He also received the Anugerah Seni Negara (National Arts Award)
for Theatre Directing in 2006. His latest venture is as Artistic
Director of a new Arts Centre, PJ Live Arts. |

Dick is passionate about musicals. He has written many
staged musicals including BEAUTY WORLD (1998),
FRIED RICE PARADISE (1991), KAMPONG AMBER (1994), SING TO
THE DAWN (1997), FORBIDDEN CITY : PORTRAIT OF AN EMPRESS (2002),
which opened the Esplanade in Singapore, and Jacky Cheung’s
acclaimed SNOW.WOLF.LAKE (1997), which toured Asia in 2005.
NIAGRALAND (1992) toured Japan,
Singapore and Hong Kong in a sold-out season. Dick continues
his love of theatre by being Associate Artistic
Director of The Singapore Repertory Theatre, an appointment
he has held since 1998. He won the Best
Music and Sound Design for Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical
in2007 and most recently, P. Ramlee The
Musical at the Boh Cameronian Awards. |

Most recognized for his memorable role as the Sultan of
Melaka in PGL the movie and the musical, as well
as his stint as jury member in Akademi Fantasia. Besides his
appearance in the LRT courtesy campaigns,
Adlin has been actively involved in the Malaysian theatre,
film and music scene since 1994. Adlin had the
good fortune to start his career in film under acclaimed director,
U Wei bin Hj. Shaari and has had various
roles in other Malaysian feature films such as Paloh, Buai
Laju Laju, Puteri Gunung Ledang and television
movies.
He has worked with a number of celebrated Malaysian theatre
directors such as Krishen Jit, Joe Haslam,
Faridah Merican and Ahmad Yatim. |

Roslan Aziz Musical Director

A multi-award winning producer-composer, Roslan is the
man behind unrivalled acts such as Sheila Majid, Zainal Abidin,
Afdlin Shauki and Amir Yusoff and most recently he is known
as The Malaysian Idol judge who also successfully produced
Siti Nurhaliza's concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
Co-founder of the renowned Roslan Aziz Production label R.A.P.,
the first local recording label to generate interests from
abroad, R.A.P. took the local music industry one step further
by not only stirring up the regional music scene, but also
the entertainment arenas in Indonesia, Japan, Europe and South
America. Commanding quality over quantity in every production,
the music house managed to gain favourable recognition and
veneration nationwide and beyond, for uniquely eclectic sounds,
tuned to perfection.
Among the numerous awards garnered were Best Album award fot
Gamal in 1995 and Ratu in 1996 from AIM, Best Album Award
for Emosi at BASF Awards, Indonesia 1987 and in 2002 winning
the Most Promising Producer at the Music Producers Awards
in the US. He was also the Musical Director for the highly
acclaimed Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical with won the Best
Music and Sound Design at the BOH Cameronian Arts Awards in
2006. |

His career began in 1991 when he was discovered by Tiara
and took on the role of Creative Director/Choreographer for
Kit Kat Klub for 6 years. Their dream of staging Malaysia's
very own full fledge musical was realised with the production
of Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical in 2006.
Pat's recent choreography credits include P.Ramlee The Musical,
Wira Wirawati and Sahabat music video for PLKN, Siti Nurhaliza's
Anugerah Juara Lagu "Destinasi Cinta", Nora's Anugerah
Juara Lagu "Samudera". Other credits include Judge/Creative
Director for So You Think You Can Dance Malaysia Season 1
& 2, Judge - Dance Category BOH Cameronian Arts Awards,
Performance Coach/Advisor - Siti Nurhaliza's Royal Albert
Hall Concert, Director/Choreographer - Icons of Malaysia (Winner

His design work in theatre began in 1996 when Zahim Albakri
invited him to design the costumes for the sell-out productions
of The Storyteller. He has since designed costumes and sets
for numerous theatre productions in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore
and Tokyo. He won Set Designer Awards for PGL The Musical in
the 2006 BOH Cameronian Arts Awards and the Anugerah Seni Negara
(National Arts Award) for Set Design. This year, he was given
the Best Set Design award at the 6th BOH Cameronian Arts Awards
for P.Ramlee The Musical Season 1. |

Akma carries with her 17 years of working experience as Fashion
Consultant and Costume Designer. She graduated from UiTM with
a Bachelors Degree in Art and Design (Fashion Design). She has
since been involved in the arena of designing ranging from boutique,
corporate attire, artist costumes for film and drama and TV
commercials, to theatres of national and international scale.
In recent years, Akma was privileged to design costumes for
international movies under 20th Century Fox Productions Limited
such as Entrapment, Anna and The King and worked with Lion King
Theatre in the Costume Department of the 'Hafen Theatre', Hamburg,
Germany 2005 (Der Konig de Howen). |

Kuang Han graduated from Malaysia Institute of Art's Drama
Department, majoring in TV Production with a minor in Theater.
After graduating from MIA, he has worked extensively in lighting
design, video production, and stage technical direction.
As a technical manager of lighting design or technical manager,
his works include, Manchester United and Malay Warrior (Manchester
2002), Spring Kisses Lovers Tears (Shanghai 2002), Emily of
Emerald Hill (Melbourne Festival 2002), Tosca (2003), Animal
Farm (New Zealand International Arts Festival 2004), Connect
The Dots (Hong Kong City Festival 2006), Second Link (Singapore
& Malaysia season, 2006), Cabaret (2006), Play On Earth
(A collaboration of TheatreWorks & The IMF for The IMF
Opening, 2006), BLITHE SPIRIT (2007), Asian Boy vol 3 Happy

After attending the National University of Singapore, Teong
Hin returned to Malaysia and pursued a
career in the advertising industry. Teong Hin cut his film-directing
teeth with award-winning music videos,
short films and television commercials in Malaysia, China,
Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and Japan.
His experience only deepened his desire to direct a feature-length
film. This led him to NYU Film School
and eventually his debut feature, Puteri Gunung Ledang, the
biggest epic film ever produced in Malaysia,
for which he was awarded Best Director at the Malaysian Film
Festival 2005. |

Ken Freman was born in Memphis, Tennessee, where he worked
as professional musican and sound engineer before he moved
to New York where he worked on Elvis : An American Musical
followed by Todd Rungren's musical Up Against It. He eventually
set up his production company Ken Freeman Productions in the
Broadway district. His album credits include mixing, engineering
and post production for artists and producers such as Pavarotti
and Celine Dion. His live sound and DVD mixing career is also
well rooted with such artists as Bob James, Fourplay Chaka
Khan, Eric Benoit, the Yellow Jackets and Steve Lukather (Toto).
Ken is currently up fot a Grammy for Fourplay Energy. He also
engineered the Latin Grammy awarded album for Nestor Torez
This side of Paradise. He has served on the Engineering Grammy
committee and is an active member of the Audio Engineering
Society. |

Chedd was part of the original Puteri Gunung Ledang The
Musical ensemble for Season 1, 2 and Singapore before landing
supporting role as P.Ramlee's best friend, Sukardi in P.Ramlee
The Musical for Season 1, 2 and Singapore run.
Nominated for the "Best Actor in a Supporting Role"
at the 6th BOH Cameronian Arts Awards for his role as P.Ramlee's
best friend in Season One.
For Season 3 of PGLM, Chedd took on a different hat as the
Assistant Director, learning the DOs and DON"Ts from
the nation most wanted super director Dato' Zahim Albakri
with home someday he will direct his own musicals and at the
same time taking the duty of being understudy for Tuah and
taking the role of Bendahara.. |
