Marketing & Communications Intern

Allowance: RM700

Location: Enfiniti Group, Kota Damansara, Selangor

Key Responsibilities



1. Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns for Enfiniti’s brands (Dream Forest Langkawi, Tiarasa Escapes, Enfiniti Academy and Enfiniti Productions).

Help maintain campaign timelines, content calendars, and deliverables.

Provide support for on-ground activations, launches, and special events.

2. Content & Digital Marketing

Assist in managing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Draft and edit marketing copy, blog posts, and video captions.

Support SEO/SEM activities and learn how to use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GEO targeting tools.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams.

3. Public Relations & Media

Assist in drafting press materials (press releases, FAQs, media kits).

Help coordinate media and influencer engagements.

Contribute to research, data entry, and event support.

4. Partnerships & Engagement

Support influencer and partnership campaigns.

Help prepare partnership decks and presentations.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Assist in monitoring campaign performance (reach, engagement, ticket sales).

Compile weekly and monthly reports.

Conduct competitor research.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

- Strong writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia an advantage).

- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

- Organized and detail-oriented with a positive team attitude.
